Return/Refund Policy
Sisters on the Fly Membership: Sisters on the Fly reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership. – Sisters on the Fly dues are paid annually and are non-refundable.
Sisters on the Fly E-Commerce Store Returns & Refunds: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. – To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. – Your returned item should include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. – We will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Sisters on the Fly GO Sister Trips: Hosted by Maurrie and Becky, Sisters on the Fly reserves the right to cancel a trip due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. – If Sisters on the Fly cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. – Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. – We understand that sometimes plans fall through. Because of that, we have the below policy in place: ~Cancel 60 days out or more: You will receive everything you’ve paid up until that point, minus $200.00 for expenses paid. ~ Cancel 59 days or less: Unfortunately at this point you will not receive anything back. We will have already paid whomever we are partnering with for their time and services including, but not limited to: Lodging, Attractions, and Guiding Services. It is imperative that they collect money for hired-on staff who have committed their time to this event. Often times they have already missed out on opportunities to find work for that day elsewhere. This is why we need to ensure that they get paid, even in the event of a cancellation Sisters on the Fly Trips.
Hosted Events & Trips by Member Hostesses: Sisters on the Fly leaves the refund policy of Sister-Hosted events up to the full discretion of the Event Hostess. Please read the refund policy of the individual event before RSVPing for said event. Donations to the Mazie Morrison Foundation: Any website user may become a donor (“Donor”) by pledging a donation to Mazie Morrison Foundation, Inc. (“MMF”) by using the donation tool on this Website. You acknowledge and agree that you are under no obligation to become a Donor or to pledge a donation and that you will be solely responsible for any decision to become a Donor. You understand that your contribution is being made to MMF, that MMF has exclusive legal control over all donations. In the event that you make a donation pledge, you will be required to provide credit card or other payment information at the time of the pledge. You represent and agree that all payment information you provide to MMF will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will update such payment information as necessary to maintain such information as true, accurate, current and complete. In the event that your payment cannot be processed due to inaccurate payment information, insufficient funds, or any other reason, you agree to immediately provide MMF with alternative payment information to fulfill your donation pledge. You acknowledge and agree that all donations are final and will not be returned, in whole or in part.
