More Information
Here"s a rig guaranteed to turn heads. A diminuative 4"x6" teardrop, the construction is simple but solid. Two large doors make it easier to get in and out, a step stool helps. I"m an artist, not a carpenter, so everything you see inside can be removed if you choose to install your own cabinetry. Same is true for the kitchen. Built by a woman in the Dalles, OR, from solid wood with insulation, it's less than 500 pounds and can be towed by just about any vehicle. Wired for lights and blinkers, she's ready to pull.
Interior:
4" x 6" x 45"" floor to ceiling
Exhaust fan
Back Shelf -fully removable- for backpack, pooch, cover can be replaced
2 folding shelves
2 rods for hanging clothes, with loops for long items
Platform for raised bed; can be removed to make entire floor a bed.

I bought this to tow across the country with my car to retrieve family items in storage; and planned to leisurely drive with my companion dog of 10 years.
And then Covid hit. I stayed put and began painting: year one the inside and kitchen; year two the outside. Last spring I prepared to leave; but events led to a new position, new town, and then my little gal suddenly passed away. I haven"t had the heart to use the trailer and don't really have the time now. I've towed it once, from Southern OR to my present location, and it was VERY easy to pull in for gasoline, find a place to park and maneuver in general.
The teardrop can easily be upgraded with cabinets and personalized details; the 'shell' is already finished.
Location: Central Oregon Coast
