Great little 10 foot Cardinal. 12foot with hitch. Approximately 1000 lb.  Easy tow. Set up with 12 volt with portable solar recharge or plug in. 3 burner propane, ice box. Water tank removed but could be replaced. Closet fits a porta potty. Garaged for the last 6 years covered before. Has custom made awning and half umbrella included. Lots of extras.
