Selling our trailer, it is in great shape and is a great little trailer.  It is an off road trailer so it has nice clearance for remote campsites.  Inside is a queen bed with a brand new Beddy"s.  Just washed it and put it on.  Also a bunk area that is a generous 26"" wide but 81.5"" long. Our adult daughter sleeps comfortably up there.  Closet, storage above bed.  Kitchen area has an electric fridge. We purchased a thermostat and it cools to temp within 1-1.5 hours depending on the heat.  Last time it was over 100 and in 45 minutes it was below 40 degrees so we could put our perishables in it.  There is a water heater for the kitchen sink.  Kitchen sink has an upgraded faucet. There are tank heaters for your fresh and gray water tanks in the winter.  There is ac and heat in the cabin. There is a small cast iron griddle that comes with it and there is a quick connect propane line for it and any other propane accessories you might want to use.  I am including a brand new Green Elephant pop up tent to use as a shower or toilet room.  There is also a luggable loo, with trash bags and cat litter.  I keep the luggable loo inside under the shelf that is built for it.  You can move it to the tent during the day time if you like.  All decor shown comes with the trailer.
