All windows are original and have been restored with new seals and new glass where needed.

Floors, walls and ceiling structure are 100% new construction with all new wood and insulation.

Original sink paired with a new electric Dometic water faucet.  Feed by -2- 7 gallon fresh water tanks.

Original icebox has been refurbished.

Main bed dimension- 65" x 75". with new 3" thick bed foam and upholstery.

Upper bunk/luggage storage- 35" x 75"- no foam or upholstery.  Can support small child.

overall trailer exterior dimensions- 82" tall x 78" wide x 13'-4" long, includes tongue. I built it in my standard size garage so I would imagine it would fit in most garages. 

Overall dry weight is 1,280 lbs.

The trailer has a lot of storage and has a nice bright open feeling.

The exterior aluminum is original and refurbished, but because it is 60 years old, it has some imperfections.  I tried showing these imperfections in the pictures.  However, it is watertight with no leaks because all J-rails and joints are new and sealed.
