Rare 16" Casita Spirit Delux.  It has a new battery, tires and freshly packed wheel bearings. She has been in enclosed storage. I bought her new in 2015. I never cooked inside on the 2 burner stove.  There has never been a pet or smoking inside. Add ons include: rear hitch, factory awning, friction and sway control bar, microwave, additional shower outside and a refrigerator power vent fan. Advantages of the 16" vs the 17":  The dry weight is 300 lbs less and the tongue weight is 110 lbs less. The dry weight is 2185 and the tongue weight is only 255 lbs. I pull her with a Ford Escape.
