Lots of amenities -if you"d like-:

It has only been used 2-3 times a year, with only 2-3 nights per trip;

Very little modification beyond adding solar and installing two deep drawers under the bed.

No accidents, no damage, very good condition.

It is currently stored in a safe facility near Corpus Christi, Texas. We are approximately 25 minutes south of Corpus Christi proper, and a short 2.5 hours from San Antonio.
